What Is an Email Floor Plan Review?
The Email Floor Plan Review is a designer-led service completed independently on your behalf — no meeting required.
I will review your existing floor plan independently and identify areas of concern related to flow, function, circulation, room relationships, storage, and overall use of space. I will also develop ideas and recommendations for how the layout could be improved. You will receive an PDF overlay sketch with suggested changes.
This service is available for both smaller projects — such as kitchens, primary suites, bathrooms, laundry rooms, or a few adjoining spaces — as well as whole-home reviews.
Your Review May Include Suggestions Related To:
-
Improving flow between rooms
-
Increasing storage opportunities
-
Making spaces feel larger and more functional
-
Improving kitchen, bathroom, and laundry layouts
-
Better connecting indoor and outdoor spaces
-
Reducing awkward circulation and wasted square footage
-
Creating a more cohesive overall layout
What You Will Need to Provide:
-
A PDF or clear image of your existing floor plan, with a noted scale
-
Photos and/or walkthrough videos of the home, if available
