What Is a Virtual One-on-One Floor Plan Review?

The Virtual One-on-One Floor Plan Review is a live Zoom meeting where we review your floor plan together and discuss potential improvements in real time.

​

Before the meeting, I will review your existing floor plan independently and identify areas of concern related to flow, function, circulation, room relationships, storage, and overall use of space. I will also come up with ideas and recommendations for how the layout could be improved. During the meeting, I will walk you through those suggestions, explain the reasoning behind them, and answer any questions you have along the way.

This service is available for both smaller projects — such as kitchens, primary suites, bathrooms, laundry rooms, or a few adjoining spaces — as well as whole-home reviews.
